When convenient for you, your technician will disconnect your computer and safely transport it back to the shop. After repairs are completed, your computer is brought back, properly reconnected, and then tested.

What to Bring

If your desktop computer is being serviced, the only item needed is the tower (no cords or monitor). Other items will only be requested if they pertain to the repair.

If your laptop, notebook, or notepad is being serviced, the only other item you need to bring is the power charger. Only the items that pertain to the repair are needed.
